Remember the person.
Relationships need attention, context, and a little continuity. A complicated sales pipeline is rarely the missing piece.
Markdown CRM brings contact details, conversations, and follow-ups into readable files. One note per person keeps the history together. The files stay local and portable, so the system can fit the way you work.
A useful amount of structure.
The companion project includes contact and company templates, communication logs, follow-up reminders, and relationship reviews. Optional Obsidian dashboards make it easier to see who to contact and what needs attention. The underlying notes remain Markdown.
There is also room for careful AI assistance. Imported information and generated drafts enter a review queue. A person checks the facts and decides what happens next.

The public documentation and repository explain the system, its templates, and its privacy considerations. Start small and adapt the structure to your own relationships.
